We match your home with trusted agencies from our network, who take it on, market it and manage all the bookings.
Guest Communication
All contact with guests goes through us or the agency, never you. We answer their questions before arrival, arrange arrival times and handle any special requests.
Meet & Greet
We welcome your guests in person and show them around your home, explaining the amenities and your house guidelines so they feel at ease from the moment they arrive.
Guest Management
We're on hand throughout every stay for questions, requests or the unexpected. We also give recommendations for anything from restaurants and markets to doctors, yoga classes and local sights.
Changeover Cleaning
Summer bookings are often back to back, with guests leaving by 10am and new arrivals from 4pm. We make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned, prepared and inspected in that window, every time.
End Of Stay Inspection
After every stay we check your home carefully. If anything needs attention, we deal with it and liaise with the agency over the guest's security deposit.
