SECURITY & MAINTENANCE VISITS

On a monthly basis we conduct visits to your home to ensure that the overall upkeep of your home is maintained.

 

ALARM CALL OUT

Based on the alarm system you use and your system provider, as keyholders we are the first port of call if your alarm is triggered. 

 

STORM CHECKS

Although Provence is renowned for it's beautiful climate, it is prone to the infamous mistral and the occasional thunder and lighting storm. We are there to ensure that minimal damage left unchecked does not develop into a serious problem.

 

SEASONAL CHANGEOVER

From Spring cleaning to Winter closing and everything in between, we ensure your house is ready for all seasons.

 

MAIL FORWARDING

We ensure your mail is forwarded to your chosen address helping to keep you updated on utility and personal correspondence.

 

QUARTERLY REPORT

Each quarter, we compile a report detailing all activities during that period with respect to the management of your property.
